Things to remember:  Please clean out your children’s backpack daily – it is easier for them to put new papers away when there is nothing else in it Please make sure that your children have a snack each day.  We have snack from 9:30 – 9:45 daily.  Please assist your children with their homework.  If you notice they are having difficulty with the formation of letters, feel free to work a little extra at home – the more they practice, the better they get Please make sure you have your children here on time each day.  School begins promptly at 7:40. Thank you!

I graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.  Since graduating from college, I have worked as a Multisensory Reading Specialist, a Title I Tutor and a Reading Teacher.   I have primarily taught reading in the public schools to students in grades three through high-school.  Also, I taught third grade and kindergarten.  About six years ago, I began my own reading tutoring business.  I enjoyed tutoring children who were struggling with reading and spelling.  I tutored children of all ages and found this work very rewarding.  Time does not allow for this now that I am working full time.   My significant other is a big part of my life.  We enjoy traveling in our motorhome and take pleasure in our boat at Lake Winnipesaukee.  We also like to visit Maine and Cape Cod beaches, attend concerts, and dine out.  I also like kayaking, skiing, biking, and going to the gym.  I am so blessed to be the kindergarten teacher here as I enjoy working with children greatly!
